Sometimes the best thing to do to calm anxiety is read scripture and encourage yourself.  Here are 34 verses to calm your nerves.  Bookmark this page and always be ready to speak words of encouragement to yourself.

I Cor. 10 :13 has given me such hope, as a human being we make mistakes and my Lord is so understanding, as I go through a worry, which is so overwhelming to my spirit, this word of God gives me such peace. I will be reading all these scriptures everyday.
