About Us
Is loved+blessed® a Christian company?
Yes! Â We are a Christian company.
We believe Romans 15:4, where it says, “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.”

Is loved+blessed® a non-profit?
No, we are a social enterprise. Learn more about how we Pass Hope On.
Do you still offer a monthly subscription box?
We don’t, but we still offer boxes of encouragement® in our Shop. We add new boxes throughout the year. Plus you can join our online community for free.
Ordering
Can I send an anonymous gift?
Yes! Just type ANONYMOUS in the gift message box at checkout (along with your message) or leave a comment at checkout to let us know.
Is it possible to order a large quantity of boxes for my event?
Yes. We are able to accommodate most large quantity orders, however this is dependent on which box theme you are interested in and the date you need them delivered by. To inquire, please use the form on our Contact Us page. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Shipping + Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping options and costs vary, and can be chosen at checkout.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday-Friday (except holidays).
Our goal is to ship within 72 hours of you placing your order. You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information based on the shipping carrier you choose at checkout.Â
Orders ship from Los Angeles, California.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping is not provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, and in its original packaging. Depending on the item, a $1-$3 re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of repackaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lovedandblessed.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Event tickets are not refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method minus a $1-$3 re-stocking fee if applicable. We process refunds right away, but it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I make an exchange?
The simplest way to do an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lovedandblessed.com
What if my order is damaged or wrong?
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.Â
We do our best to pack every order with love and care, but sometimes we make mistakes or items get damaged by the carrier in shipping.Â
Please contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
